Reminders:      Schedule of meetings for the Fallr 2008 semester:
If you are applying for GSO funding, you must attend the meeting when your application will be discussed.
If you cannot attend the meeting when your application will be discussed, you must make arrangements for a proxy to attend in your absence. A statement detailing these proxy arrangements should be sent to the GSO President (e-mail is acceptable).
At least eight GSO representatives must be present at the Fall and Spring meetings for funding applications to be considered.
If a department's GSO representative is not present at a scheduled meeting, no applications from that department can be voted on.

***FIRST GSO MEETING OF FALL 2008 SEMESTER IS POSTPONED TO WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 17TH 2008 AS A RESULT OF INCONVENIENCES CASUED DUE TO HURRICANE GUSTAV. LAST DATE TO SUBMIT APPLICATIONS FOR FUNDING AT THE FIRST MEETING IS NOW EXTENDED TO WEDNESDAY, SEPTEMBER 10TH 2008. *****
 
   Important Dates and Deadlines:
Note: all funding applications must be received by the GSO officers no later than 48 hours before the meeting at which they will be voted on. Applications must be complete at the time they are submitted. For more information about GSO funding, click here.
August 1st 2008
   
First Day to submit GSO funding applications for the Fall 2008 semester.
August 18th 2008 Last day to submit receipts to the business office to be reimbursed for GSO applications approved during the Summer 2008 semester.
